River Park Construction Starting Soon

Site work at River Park will commence on the Crafts Avenue Extension in early April, pending final approval from the City of Lebanon Planning Department and Public Works. The first stage will be extending the Water and Sewer lines from the end of Crafts Avenue (where they currently end at the River Park boundary) into the site, followed by the Roadway improvements to the Crafts Avenue Extension cul-de-sac.

Lyme Properties To Gift Riverfront Open Space For Public Access At River Park: Developer Proposes Collaborative Model For Recreational Improvements

On Thursday, November 14th representatives from Lyme Properties (www.lymeproperties.com) updated the Lebanon Conservation Commission on the vision for River Park West Lebanon as a walkable campus, prioritizing public access to the Connecticut River and open space. Lyme announced the formation of Friends of River Park (www.friendsofriverpark.org), a New Hampshire not-for-profit entity that will take ownership of the riverfront open space parcel at River Park to ensure permanent protection and access to the river by the general public.

Lebanon Planning Board Approves Improved River Park Phasing Plan

On Monday, September 9th, the Lebanon Planning Board approved our proposed amendment to the phasing of the River Park Sub Division and Site Plan.  This amendment will allow the multi-family residential portion of our site plan to be accelerated from Phase 7 to Phase 1-A, allowing the housing to be built concurrent with Phase 1 (100 River Park).

Crafts Avenue Final Paving

Final paving on Crafts Avenue will be Thursday, May 16, 2019 by Blacktop. Nott’s will finish up on Friday.

There will be signs posted that say “Road Closed”, similar to what was done during excavation. This is intended to discourage non resident traffic on the street during paving.

Several neighbors have asked if Lyme Properties or XYZ Dairy is responsible for the large trees being cut down on Crafts Avenue and Chandler Street.  Absolutely not!  We were just as surprised as our other neighbors.  Cutting down the trees has nothing to do with the infrastructure work or paving on Crafts Avenue.
