Progress Underway on Crafts Avenue Extension

CAE.png

Construction is now underway to extend Crafts Avenue, forming a cul-de-sac that allows access to 9 of the 11 home sites that are part of the original plan for River Park. This extension also serves as a “buffer” between existing Crafts Avenue homes and further development at River Park.

Nott’s Excavating (from White River Junction, Vt.), is currently working on the extension of water and sewer lines into River Park. In the fall of 2018, these were terminated during Lebanon’s Crafts Avenue Sewer and Roadway Improvement work; the Crafts Avenue water main was added at that time. Stormwater management is now being added in the cul-de-sac as well as manholes. Once the road and sidewalks are complete, each of the 9 lots accessible from the cul-de-sac will have underground utilities: water, sewer, electric and tel/data.

Visit the Crafts Avenue Construction page on RiverParkWestLebanon.com where you will find an up-to-date report on progress as well as contact information for the project team.
