Excavation Contractor Selected for Crafts Avenue Work

Lyme Properties is pleased to announce that Northwoods Excavating from Thetford Center, Vermont has been selected to do the Crafts Avenue improvements and utility work for the River Park project.  Tim Ulman is the owner of Northwoods, Zeb Jenks is the Superintendent/Estimator, and John Machia is the on-site manager of the job.  We will provide contact information once the job trailer is positioned on site.  As noted earlier, Leet Ware Construction will be managing the project.

Lyme is meeting with the City Manager, Paula Maville and appropriate department heads next week to coordinate the construction and expect to have more details available soon.  As we mentioned before, Lyme will notify all Crafts Avenue residents in advance of any work starting.  In the meantime, if you have any questions please contact me at dclem@lymeproperties.com or call Angela at (603) 676-7800 x3.
