With the 2012 Lebanon Municipal Elections underway, today marks two years since the voters of Lebanon overwhelmingly voiced support for River Park by voting for the petitioned zoning change needed for River Park to become a reality. We continue to be grateful for the support and encouragement of our friends and neighbors in Lebanon. It took every bit of that support to help us achieve Subdivision and Site Plan approval from the Lebanon Planning Board and permission from the City Council to connect to municipal water and sewer service. These approvals came with conditions, many of which are costly and cumbersome, but we continue to advance our engineering efforts to accommodate these City mandates. The New Hampshire Department of Transportation has not yet ruled on our application to connect the north end of River Park Drive to Route 10. Based upon their recent communication with us, we are hopeful that resolution on this issue is near.

To help our neighbors better understand where we are in the development process and to discuss the public infrastructure work we have been required to perform, Lyme Properties will be hosting a neighborhood meeting on Monday, May 14, 2012 at 7PM in the community room at the Kilton Library. Much of this meeting will focus on the Crafts Avenue roadway and utility work that must be done before construction at River Park can proceed. This meeting will be open to the public and we especially encourage our Crafts Avenue neighbors to attend.

Again, thank you for your continued support and we look forward to seeing you on May 14th at 7PM in the community room at the Kilton Library.
