Status Report

We continue to make progress in the approval process for River Park. Recently Lyme Properties met with the City’s Planning Staff and had a helpful discussion of how to cooperatively bring the River Park Master Plan through the approval process. A significant amount of work must be done in a short period of time to prepare the appropriate applications, but we believe we can make it. Throughout the approval process a number of public meetings will be held to allow public comment and input. We will keep you informed of these opportunities via email and our web site.

Even though our formal marketing efforts won’t begin until later in the approval process, we have been pleased that a number of prospective tenants have come forward on their own and expressed interest in space at River Park. These companies unfailingly cite the broad community support for River Park as an important factor in their interest. These businesses want to be part of our neighborhood and in turn would provide convenient services and jobs to strengthen West Lebanon.
