Transparency, Clarity, and Recorded Meetings

A subsequent communication from the City Manager stating that in the interest of transparency and clarity, all meetings between Lyme and the City are to be held at City Hall or via Microsoft Teams and recorded. Lyme has made repeat offers to the City to visit the project office (where we have project materials, etc.) which were not accepted, and are now seemingly prohibited.
